Conda / Anaconda

!!! warning Due to license restrictions the usage of Anaconda at PSI is not allowed without obtaining a professional license from Anaconda.com! The access to the anaconda "main" channel has therefore been blocked due to the following licensing changes: https://www.anaconda.com/blog/update-on-anacondas-terms-of-service-for-academia-and-research

You are required to completely remove the Anaconda __defaults__ channel(s) from your (personal) config, i.e., from ~/.condarc and you must not install any package from these repos!

We recommend to remove any Anaconda/Conda installation completely and use one of the following package managers instead!

Please use one of the following package managers instead of Anaconda:

• Micromamba
• Pixi
