move helper binaries to from sbin to libexec

- remove installed header files etc
- add substitution for @BASH@, @MODULECMD@, @MODMANANGE@

option to print all dependencies added to module search
...
more changes
- define and set a default IFS
- use our own find - not find command installed on the system
- the modulepath directories are now passed as arry to
get_available_modules()
- new option "--wrap"
