Also standardize the MotionCor2 wrapper so that it's the same for all module versions regardless of cuda support
MotionCor2 Installation
- Download MotionCor2 manually from https://emcore.ucsf.edu/ucsf-motioncor2
- Update files/variants
- Run
./build <version> - Move all executables to /opt/psi/EM/MotionCor2/$VERSION/bin
- Move user manual to /opt/psi/EM/MotionCor2/$VERSION/
- Fix permissions: chmod 755 /opt/psi/EM/MotionCor2/$VERSION/bin
- Create bin/MotionCor2 wrapper for each version
