AareDB's main is still at 8ece2c2, the commit the setup was copied from, so the structure/ files match it line for line (bar the black stage, mmCIF input and the anomalous layer). What differed was around them: - molstar pinned to 5.11.0, AareDB's exact pin, instead of 5.13.0: the renderer's defaults (marking, outlines, occlusion, trackball) come with the version, so the same version draws the same. - Only the first load frames the molecule: a newer result keeps the user's camera and clip slab, as AareDB keeps them across result switches. - Load states as in AareDB: "loading model..." centred on the stage until the model is in, then "computing density maps..." in the panel with the map controls disabled until the maps are ready. - Map rows labelled "2Fo-Fc" and "Fo-Fc (+/-)", AareDB's names. - createPlugin.ts carries the credit line for the setup; its comment's directory path is ours.
