spdlog and libzmq were already current. Ceres stays on its pinned commit, which is
newer than the 2.2.0 tag. sls and fast-feedback-indexer are unchanged.
Built clean on all four CI images -- rocky8, rocky9, ubuntu2204, ubuntu2404 --
with the CI flags and CUDA on.
