leonarski_fandClaude Opus 5.5 36062a55f1 Merge mv-gpu-budget into rc175: model validation plans its GPU parts against one budget, 80% of the card's total, after trimming the allocation pool and releasing the FFT indexers; extra engines only within half of it

On the RTX 5080 nothing moves between GPU and CPU and the output is byte-identical; on cards below
about 9-10 GB parts that used to fall back to the CPU now stay on the GPU.
