--prepass-fraction now defaults to 0.5; --prepass-fraction 1 restores the pre-pass over the whole
sweep. The first-pass indexing and the pre-scan still sample the whole sweep, and the second pass
integrates every frame and is the only one written. A full battery at 0.5 (with the ladder off) was
quality-neutral against the rc174 baseline except for one small-molecule set that crashed, fixed
in the previous commit.
