One page (docs/RUGNUX_BENCHMARKING.md, in the rugnux toctree) for anyone measuring rugnux on another
machine: the battery protocol (arms, one command per arm, verdicts, the --report-resolution
like-for-like table, run directory, compare, the rules), exactly what model_check.py runs (first
REFMAC rigid-body cycle of the deposited model at the common d_min, the depositor's data as
baseline, the refined shared-free-set protocol) and its limits, the three-set timing benchmark and
its checks, the practical lessons on timing (CI flags, first run after a build, quiet machine,
ABAB, page cache, GPU lock, Windows WDDM paging, macOS unified memory, memory peaks, TIMING lines,
NVTX), and the layout of a pack to send back. Linked from RUGNUX.md, TESTS.md (whose battery
description still spoke of variants) and tools/battery/README.md, which also notes the two
site-config snags met on Windows and macOS (relative paths, a copied pdb_cache).
