38 first-parent commits from the stills campaign (fork point bf0f95900, head e797ed720); details and
measured effects in the branch's commits. Conflicts resolved by keeping both sides: the rotation ISa
with its bootstrap interval (ISA_LOW / ISA_HIGH) stays on rotation, stills report ERROR_MODEL_A/B/C and
no ISa (ErrorModel.{h,cpp}, ResultReport.cpp, ResultReportTest.cpp, docs/RUGNUX_REPORT.md). The
rotation crash guard 4cb911d67 is the same patch as 9589e99b8 already here.
