The unmerged export held the summed events with the deterministic corrections only - no partiality, no per-frame scale, no outlier rejection, past the resolution cut too - for the reading program to scale. aimless re-scaling that from scratch lost what rugnux's scaling had corrected, and the data read worse there than in rugnux's own merge. Given the merge's scaled fulls, UnmergedMtzTable now writes each summed event with the I and SIGI of the full the merge kept for it (matched on the measured index and the nearest peak frame, within the rocking bridge plus one frame) and leaves out an event the merge did not keep, as a scaling program's unmerged output does (FLAG stays 0: nothing written is rejected). The other columns are the event's, unchanged. No SCALEUSED is written: a full is a weighted combination of partials each on its own frame's scale, and no one factor takes it back to their sum. The fulls carry the frame of their peak partial for the match, are taken to the written frame before the table is made (where the .hkl took them before), and the reflection files wait for the table before they take the fulls. --mode scale passes them too, reindexed with the outcomes where the model moved the indexing (the .hkl now follows it as well). Stills and the --export-unmerged-partials file stay unscaled; careless is pointed at the latter. aimless (scaling again from the file, written range) overall / outer-shell CC1/2, Rmeas: in-house myoglobin (rugnux 0.998 / 0.279, 0.173): before 0.995 / 0.072, 0.269; after 0.998 / 0.264, 0.188 in-house cytochrome c (rugnux 0.9997 / 0.200, 0.093): before 1.000 / 0.023, 0.119; after 1.000 / 0.064, 0.094 With ONLYMERGE, aimless now reads Rmeas 0.173 and 0.093, rugnux's own (before 0.348 and 0.200). 98.9% and 99.9% of the merge's observations are matched to an event.
