VERSION and the strings update_version.sh rewrites (API spec, python and TypeScript clients, C++ model, Redoc page, docs/conf.py, FPGA HDL and PCIe driver). The regenerated clients and Redoc page also pick up rc178's API changes made since the last regeneration (rugnux live settings and model without a bearer token, the live status fields).
