When robot is dry, dwear transfer shouldnt send it to dry again #60

Dewar transfer all.ways sends robot to dry, so if robot parks and dries at end of automation it will dry again if someone clicks dewar transfer. I may change it so after autoamtion if parka dn dry is ticked the beamlien will enter dewar transfer strate, but also need a way to check if robot is dry or something...
