test automated work flow for one sample

Need to:

  • 1. Mount sample
  • 2. auto loop centre - to flat face of crystal if possible
  • 3. ML bounding box
  • 4. Run raster scan
  • 5. identify optimal collection position
  • 6. run raster scan at 90' in a vertical scan over the center
  • 7. set rotation settings
  • 8. Run a rotation scan
  • 9. unmount?

Need to optimise using loop face detection, improving ML and ALC as well as coming up with a composite score to identify crystal position
