Beam location focus procedure:

  1. rock the beam (this end up going to the max once done)
  2. go to beam location state and open the shutter
  3. bring center of the beam (Could be CV2 simple threshold or could be ML, we'll see), and then move the corresponding motors to the beam box [we assume beam is always in focus, for now]
