Currently it lets you set coils and registers for three controllers. It will also set the up_to_speed, lev_complete, and run flags for the system status. TODO Phase control and locking.
When deploying a test version of SICS you must append some information to the hosts and services files on the test computer. Append sics_test_hosts to /etc/hosts Append sics_test_services to /etc/services When deploying to an instrument control server you only need the information in the /etc/services file
