Also added simulated camera server and a camtest configuration file to run test scans against a dummy motor.
When deploying a test version of SICS you must append some information to the hosts and services files on the test computer. Append sics_test_hosts to /etc/hosts Append sics_test_services to /etc/services When deploying to an instrument control server you only need the information in the /etc/services file
