7d991e7e4e seweb ports on instruments: 8642
currently, the firewall rules allow only a small number of ports
8642 and 8742 were used for the second SEA instance on
hrpt2 and zebra2 - changed them to 8652 and 8752, e.g. they are
now only available within the instrument network.
