Sang Woo Kim 47d180a995 bundle: gate -specs bsp_specs on RTEMS 5 
RTEMS 6 removed the BSP spec file, so the flag fails the RTEMS 6
toolchain at CMake's compiler identification.  Select it on
CMAKE_SYSTEM_VERSION; an unset or pre-6 version keeps it.

No longer generate CONFIG_SITE.Common.$(T_A),
which should never be generated...

cmake included in ubuntu 24.04 removes support for cmake < 3.5,
and < 3.10 is now deprecated.
