0dfb6601eb full path for base 3.14 compat 
base 3.15 adds a vpath directive.  In the absense of this
use the full path for pvaVersionNum.h@.

6f85c869ba configuration: use typeCast instead of epicsParse*

compatibility.

837c10a003 fair_queue: struct offsetof() only with POD struct
