Torsten Bögershausen 17ad04505e Change compiler for FreeBSD 13: Use clang 
FreeBSD 13 uses clang, not gcc, any more.
GNU_DIR must be set to /usr/local

Note: This change touches both the x86 and the x86_64 files.
It was tested on 'amd64' system only, which is x86_64
