d71f35e88e Removed DIRECTORY_TARGET references and added -d option to install lines. 
Added $(EXE) to command name and replaced perl with $(PERL).
Renamed .DEPENDS to DEPENDS (for cygwin32 builds).
Added uninstall for Db directory.
