CrazyMax e715f0d6af Replace Yarn catalogs with explicit dependency ranges 
Dependabot does not yet support updating Yarn catalog definitions in .yarnrc.yml. Keep explicit version ranges in both workspace manifests so Dependabot can continue updating shared dependencies.
