Erik Fröjdh c0c8c8e21a Hardcopy of pybind11 instead of using git submodules (#552 )

* removed pybind as submodule
* added hardcopy of pybind11 2.10.0
* rename pybind11 folder to avoid conflicts when changing branch

Pybind11 can be used with add_subdirectory(extern/pybind11), or from an install with find_package(pybind11 CONFIG). The interface provided in either case is functionally identical.
