+The slsDetectorGUI is based on Qt4 with Qwt libraries.
+
+-Qt4.6 installation:
+
+Download the opend source version:
+ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com/qt/source/qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.6.2.tar.gz
+
+To install:
+gunzip qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.6.2.tar.gz
+tar xvf qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.6.2.tar
+./configure
+make
+make install

+By default Qt4 will be installed int /usr/local/Trolltech/Qt-4.6.2/
+Edit your .bashrc:
+export QTDIR=/usr/local/Trolltech/Qt-4.6.2
+export PATH=$QTDIR/bin:$PATH
