Xilinx client tests (#887)

* implemented testbus, testfpga, set/get #frames, triggers, allowed that and for connection to client, also allowed, getnumchannels, configuremac, getrunstatus, setdetectorposition with dummy values

* allowing tests for xilinx

* binaries in
