modified ZMQonline display for stripsel usage. (#699)

* modified ZMQonline display for stripsel usage. modified dataprocessor to overwrite header.detspec1 with ROI in case of ROI.
* Removing changes to the slsReceiver, moved to branch jf_zeromq_display_rxroi
