Whole rewrite of the calib writer.
...
- checking whether the four results (CuF HG0, CuF G0, BP, CS) exist
- the gain maps start out with zero everywhere
- pixels masked only if result exists but entry is zero
- default values used independently per gain stage
- default map filled for each gain stage using default values
- currently, if the result doesn't exist no dummy is created

Changed logic of using default values. If the pixel is masked, don't overwrite it with a default value, keep the value at 0.
