Important check, that a realistic uncertainty on ADC exists. Prevents just one ADC value being used. Already implemented in other methods.

Removed pedestals from per pixel plots, they were not being included in fit ranges anyway and other methods also don't use pedestals.

Big change to strategy, instead of using ROOT histograms to find the mean,
...
use pedestal calculations. This has two advantages, I think it's more correct
(avoiding the TH2 projection mean feature of ROOT) and it runs alot quicker.
Results are slightly modified on a per step per pixel level, but unchanged
on a module level.
