Legacy spec code drew a fresh random offset per projection to shift the Fermat lattice phase before FOV cropping (mitigates ptycho-tomo ring artifacts). None of the current BEC Fermat spiral generators (flOMNI, OMNY, LamNI) draw this offset -- all three are fully deterministic. Plan only, not implemented; applies identically across all three setups.
