Adds omny.otransfer_show_all() (renamed from otransfer_storage) plus thin otransfer_* wrappers for every dev.omny_samples command, so they all tab-complete under omny.* the same way flomni.py's ftransfer_* commands do. Also fixes two issues found in first widget testing: - OMNY_SampleStorage's occupied-slot text was hardcoded to a near-black colour, invisible against BEC's dark theme -- now inherits the application palette's default text colour instead. - OMNY sample slots now require a sample owner, same as FlOMNI, packed via the existing sample_desc_codec (name+owner in the one raw name field).
