<h4>Peakfinder</h4>
<p>
The peakfinder settings determine which peaks get fitted and at which points the spectra are sliced.

<h2 style="color:blue;">Height Threshold</h2>
The height of a peak is defined by its maximum intensity. The height threshold gives the minimal peak height in percentages of the maximum intensity of the whole spectra.
<h2 style="color:blue;">Prominence Threshold</h2>
The prominence of a peak is the minimal distance one has to go down before reaching a higher peak. Intuitively this describes how much a peak stands out. The prominence threshold gives the minimal prominence in percentages of the maximum intensity of the whole spectra.
<h2 style="color:blue;">Background Factor</h2>
The minimal peak height needs to be higher than the background factor times the intensity at the border of the spectrum window.
<h2 style="color:blue;">Cutoff Prominence</h2>
For fitting the spectrum is cutoff at a local minima between the edge peak and the border of the spectrum window. The cutoff prominence determines the minimal prominence of this minima in percentages of the maximal intensity.

<h2 style="color:blue;">Cutoff Height</h2>
For fitting the spectrum is cutoff at a local minima between the edge peak and the border of the spectrum window. The cutoff height determines the maximal height of this minima in percentages of the edge peak's height.
