I think these changes are all that is needed to install musredit as a unix app.
Tested on pc12016, RHEL8.
Note: for custom install paths in with manual installation, the .desktop and .png files will be placed in subfolder of the install-prefix. But they'll just be ignored if that folder doesn't match a location where the system looks for apps in by default.
