Release 4.1.2

The only change since release 4.1.1 is:

Added libraries needed for static builds

The missing ca and nt libraries needed for static builds have been added to each of the examples.

Release 4.1.1

pvaClient is a synchronous API for pvAccess.

This is the first release of pvaClientCPP. It provides an API that is similar to pvaClientJava.
