Network

The production infrastructure systems, eg. puppet01.psi.ch, are not reachable from all networks. One example would be the DMZ.

To allow the deployment and configuration in such networks, firewall changes are necessary. Firewall changes can be requested through a Service Now Change Request or Change Task.
