Issues / Tickets / Tasks

There are several possibilities to write a ticket about issues or feature requests. Which one to use depends on the type of ticket you want to open. The most common ones are:

  • For General User Issues: please reach out to the PSI Customer Self Service Portal (CSS/SNow)
  • For Integration & Support for Photon Science (Beamlines / Endstations) - report: Task | Bug to Jira.
  • For Integration & Support for Large Research Facilities (Machine Part) - report: Task | Bug to Jira.
  • For Controls supported Infrastructure issues (3nd level) - report: CTRLIT Task | CTRLIT Bug to Jira.
