Here few instructions to install the drivers for the communtications with the TEC:

Add the following line to your /boot/config.txt file:
dtoverlay=mcp2515-can0,oscillator=12000000,interrupt=25,spimaxfrequency=2000000

sudo reboot

pip3 install python-can
... for python module

maybe edit permissions
./resetCAN.sh
... for starting can0
